Brently C. Olsson
While in law school, Brent began trying jury trials as an intern with the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office. Those early beginnings have since blossomed into over twenty-five years of experience handling defense litigation. Brent has taught continuing legal education courses on insurance carriers’ duties of good faith and fair dealing, bad faith litigation, trucking and construction litigation, and he has often been called upon by insurance companies to evaluate the progress of a claim and to provide guidance for successful resolution of such claims.
Brent has received the prestigious “AV Preeminent” peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
