Brently C. Olsson

While in law school, Brent began trying jury trials as an intern with the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office.  Those early beginnings have since blossomed into over twenty-five years of experience handling defense litigation.  Brent has served as lead counsel in cases involving a variety of subjects, including insurance bad faith, trucking, construction, real estate, and professional liability.  Brent has also represented a multitude of different clients, including insurance companies, cities and political subdivisions, religious organizations and churches, general contractors of varying trades, trucking companies, and oilfield equipment manufacturers.   Brent has taught continuing legal education courses on insurance carriers’ duties of good faith and fair dealing, bad faith litigation, trucking and construction litigation, and he has often been called upon by insurance companies to evaluate the progress of a claim and to provide guidance for successful resolution of such claims.

Brent has received the prestigious “AV Preeminent” peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
